How much does it cost to get
a website?
For regular static site the cost will be $100 per page + $10 for
domain name + $6 per month for hosting.
For most shopping cart sites the total cost will be between $3,000 to $10,000
depending on the features you want.
For most database driven sites the total cost will be between $3000 to $20,000.
NOTE: These are approximations. The amount could be higher or lower.

Is our price higher or lower than the market price?
In our opinion, there is no market standard on prices. Most web developers
charge based on their experience. We have 6 years of experience. We suggest you
to make an appointment with us. The consultation is free. We will then quote you
a more accurate figure. You can then decide yourself whether or not you want to
work with us.
One of the biggest challenges for most of our customers was asking the right
questions. 90% of the businesses planning on a web venture do not know the right

We would suggest you contact us first. You can ask us as many questions as
you want. We won't charge you a penny. After our first consultation (over the
phone or in person), you will know enough to answer the above question plus a
lot more.

What technologies and applications for web development are we experts at?
ASP, HTML, Javascript, CSS, DHTML, Frontpage, Dreamweaver, Photoshop,
Paintshop Pro, Flash, Visual Interdev, Visual Basic Core Language, VBScript,
VBA, CGI and Office applications.
What are some of the things to keep in mind when designing
an effective web site ?
There are numerous things to keep in mind when designing a good website.
For instance, after your site is on the web, you do realize that it is viewed by people
using different browsers types (MSIE or Netscape), different browser versions (MSIE 3 or
MSIE 5), different screen or monitor sizes and different types of computers
(e.g. Macintosh
or IBM compatible). If considerations to these aspects are not made while designing, the
site will look different in each case.
Can we design sites that require passwords to
access ?
Yes. We can. We usually use ASP scripts with database to do this.
Do we do e-commerce websites (or online stores)?
Yes. We do.
E-commerce sites can be created in several methods. We can explain to you all
your options to help you determine the best course of action. The solution you
pick will depend on your business needs, number of products, type of product or
service, frequency of updates, types of updates and budget.

FAQ on web hosting
Web hosting is the process of taking the site that you
create on your computer and putting it on a server, to give people all over the world
access to it. A sever is a computer that belongs to a web hosting company.
Just as your products/services need a store or a warehouse or an
office space, your web site will need a hosting space on a server.
We do not host websites but we will place your site on your chosen server.
Of course, we can recommend you plenty of hosting companies and help you
choose the best for your site.
How much does it cost to host a web site ?
Web hosting comes at different prices. They range from $ 0 to $ 100's per month for most of
the sites. Why the price difference ? Mostly because, different web hosting companies
offer different packages. A package that offers you SSL account, database access, credit
card transactions plus others will cost you the high end. A free hosting service is free
because they put advertisements on your site.
What is a domain name ?
www.momocha.com is an example of a domain name. It will cost you
around US $ 35 to get your own domain name for a year.
I already have a domain name. Do I still need to pay for
web hosting ?
Hosting is a separate process and so you have to pay for hosting separately.
It is possible to find free hosting company but then there are drawbacks
to this. We would suggest free hosting only for personal sites.
Can I have my own server instead of using one that belongs
to a web hosting company ?
Yes you can do that. However, maintaining a server is a lot of work. It is cheaper and
definitely a less of hassle for you to just go with a web hosting company. If you have
staff who have enough experience with web servers, then you can definitely look into this
idea.

I already have a site, but am not benefiting from it. Can you do
anything to help us ?
Yes, we can. We can make your site credit card enabled, if it is not.
We can optimize the graphics to make your site load faster and we can make
promote your site to increase the traffic at your site.

How much do we charge to design site for you ?
Check out our Prices page for details on this. We have three
Standard Design Packages with fixed price. You will have to discuss anything
else with us.
Do we charge extra for using Javascript, Java, Shockwave etc ?
Yes.
How much does it cost to have a website ?
For an e-commerce site it is hard to say, until we learn the details.
Besides that we have 3 special packages for regular sites and a special US
$ 200 for 2 pages for professionals like doctors and lawyers.
Basically, the more the graphics, programming and number of pages, the higher
the charge.

is an e-commerce site ?
For simplicity purposes if a web site accepts credit cards online then it is an e-commerce
site. Why should I accept credit cards on the internet ?
If you accept credit cards on the internet, your site is like a retail
store that's open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except without any people
swiping the credit card. Research has shown that adding credit card
capabilities to a site can increase the sales by up to 70% or more. What credit cards can my site accept on the internet
?
Your site can accept all credit cards that you can use in a
retail store. Is it more expensive to have an e-commerce site
compared to having a regular business site ?
Yes. An e-commerce site involves more than just designing and hosting
a site. It involves getting special merchant account and credit card
authorizer. Even the site designing is more complex. The hosting prices
are also slightly higher. What can I sell on the internet ?
Anything. There are successful web sites that sell cars on the
internet and there are ones that sell spices. If you have access to
product(s)/service(s) that you believe are not accessible to potential
customers around the world then you could be in business on internet. I have
products/services. But I am not sure if I should go online with them ?
